I read everything I could get my hands on about the creative process. Studied innovators across industries and throughout history. Interviewed bestselling authors, CEOs, filmmakers, and creators who'd built massive audiences.

I was looking for the pattern underneath — some unified theory of how breakthrough ideas actually come to life.

For a long time, I wasn't sure it existed. Everyone I talked to described creativity differently. It felt scattered, random, unteachable.

Then one day, I zoomed out — and there it was. The same four stages kept showing up in every breakthrough I studied.

That discovery became The IDEA Cycle: a proven process anyone can use to generate better ideas, reliably and repeatedly.
